Mode of Remittance: By remitting the fee at the university cash counter or by demand draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University from any branch of SBT, payable at SBT, MGU Campus, Code 669,. The pay-in-slip/DD should me attached to the filled application form. SC/ST candidates need not remit the application fee.
Application forms & details can be had either directly or by post from the store Keeper(General), Mahatma Gandhi University by remitting the cost in the manner stated above. Those who wish to get the application form by post shall send self addresses envelop of size 27cm. x 12cm. affixing stamp worth Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) with DD (SBT) for Rs.250/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at SBT MGU campus branch.
Copy of testimonials to prove Age, Qualification, and Experience etc. shall be submitted along with the application form. Applicats who are in service should submit their application through proper channel.
Last date for receipt of filled application: 15.10.2009
The envelop containing the application shall be superscribed "Application for the post of Library Assistant".
